During this time PCS have acquired an intimate knowledge of this time-critical business and fully understands the value customers place on suppliers totally focused on this specialised vertical market. Over these years PCS have built up a loyal customer base, some who have installed generations of PCS products, others having implemented solutions more recently. A significant part of the Software Maintenance income received from customers is reinvested in new versions of existing products or replacement solutions using more up to date platforms and architectures, thus providing publishers with an evolutionary set of tools. Much of the input to these new versions and products is based directly on customer feedback, either ad-hoc or through formal events such as product Focus days. Knowing the benefits of integrated solutions, yet understanding not all systems can be replaced at once; PCS provide open interfaces to third-party solutions enabling easy integration with existing investments. PCS are committed to the ongoing evolution of existing solutions as well as creating innovative ideas. At all times PCS strive to provide customers with solutions that enable them to take maximum advantage of every business opportunity, publishing through emerging as well as traditional media. This is backed up by a comprehensive support infrastructure ensuring publishers achieve round-the-clock deadlines.
